The first attempt was not good, the second attempt was better and I bought something too. What I bought was wrapped as a gift but only after I asked.

I will never buy anything from this company again! After I bought a Festina watch there that broke after three months, the watch was first "repaired" the second time after it showed the same error the second time. The fact is that the watch is still broken today. A third repair can no longer be expected from a customer. Nevertheless, Schmuckland is no longer taking the watch back. Customer service is bad underground! NEVER AGAIN!!

Once and never again ........ Adjust the wedding ring - cost estimate (unfortunately verbally) 45, - EUR - when picking up then 104, - EUR ...... Engraving, which was supposedly renewed, barely legible and scratched. ... but still legible enough to see that my wife's name is misspelled ..... the staff is friendly ..... but the quality of work is below ground ....
