Incompetent lawyer who doesn't even think it is necessary to keep in touch with his clients. Repeated calls and requests for callbacks are / were skilfully ignored. A draft for a court in an interim procedure was only given to the client after 6 weeks with the request for examination. The quality also leaves a lot to be desired. This lawyer does not pay any attention to accuracy and correctness; here one could rather assume that Mr. RA Franzreb is not lacking in creativity. Even after being asked to correct this, he tries to explain even more helplessly. For us, competence is definitely something else. During the time when Mr. RA Franzreb would have taken care of this matter, we could certainly have completed our law studies ourselves. Even after complaining about an incorrectly issued invoice, he is so insolent and claims that everything was done correctly. Incidentally, he only reported 4 weeks later. Insolent enough to even charge an invoice if only inspection of the files was requested, and only after the client has reminded at least 5 times. You can definitely advise against this lawyer in urgent matters.

To deal with this lawyer is no pleasure. First overloaded - then sick - then again overloaded ... 6 weeks wait for a short letter ...
