Subject: Marthabräu Witshaus in FFB
According to the newspaper advertisement (waiter wanted) I was going to apply here. I implemented this project and looked at the ambience and the team on site. However, after a very short time I had to find out (I have been an operator for many years) that the working atmosphere on site is not what I am looking for. How I came to this opinion is the following situation: there was probably a beginner and an employee who has worked there for a long time or even the boss? Who labeled the newcomer as incompetent. You noticed this when she pointed out his mistakes very loudly and dominantly. (in front of the guests)
The food was good and our waitress was very accommodating. (dark-haired waitress)
2 star deduction for the team that was left behind for me. Only a team that works well together deserves 5 stars. (Conflicts should never take place in front of a guest! And internally you should always pay attention to the choice of words)
This is not a rating for the guests who want to comfortably eat their meal there, but a rating for the employer as well as for the employees of the company.
