When creating the offer, the boss has repeatedly pointed out that the move is a matter of trust, he has been doing so for over twenty years, and the offers usually meet exactly and a maximum of 10% plus / minus. In the end it was then 50% more with some damage, which were initially admitted and then denied. At the end of the process, asking for half more for bad work was very professional.

Super moving company. Very helpful at the planning. Everything was well organized. The dismantling and construction of the cabinets and shelves was made absolutely professional. It also took less time than originally planned, making it even cheaper. Any time!!!

Attention! Quite similar to the others. "We have been doing this for 20 years and always make the offer +/- a few euros. In the end, it was a good 1,500 euros more than agreed. I caught the boss rappelling three times behind the house with his cell phone. As soon as the packers were alone It takes an unbelievably long time, but it is calculated from early to late, including breaks and journeys, since they have to come from Maisach and are constantly stuck in traffic jams etc. The name of the moving service is misleading a notebook, which of course was not paid for.

At the first visit it was claimed that a move was "always a matter of trusting". What came out of it is that there were 5 people who were totally out of tune with each other, a lot of damage, some big scratches and scarred corners, which were caused, and much more time was needed than expected, so that even not everything could be built up. In retrospect, we got an outrageous response to our complaint. Never again this company!
