The Moll company has been commissioned with a very complex concrete and facade renovation in our facility - 32 residential units. A complete renovation of the balconies including balcony floors was also necessary. Many employees of the Moll company and the associated subcontractors have been working on the scaffolding since October. Much importance is attached to the fact that e.g. Window panes, window frames, balcony parapets etc. are carefully masked and protected. All work was done quickly, but without loss of the necessary care. I am more than satisfied with the work done on my balcony and have exceeded my expectations by far. What I find particularly special is the friendly manner in which the employees interact with each other and with customers. I was able to ask questions at any time and received a coherent and polite answer. The system was built 50 years ago and now looks more beautiful than many new buildings.

The window reveal was damaged during the exchange. I have been trying to contact the company for months. No Answer. Neither by phone nor by email. Once craftsmen were sent without informing me. I was at work and received a call why I am not home. I cannot recommend it at all. Now I have to stay on my own expense.
