I got the big facial done. I am absolutely satisfied, received a very warm welcome and treated professionally. I hardly had any pain and one day later there was no more reddening to be seen! I can only recommend it and it has fair prices. Thank you Nicole!

First appointment without problems, but then snappy and not accommodating. The microblading result itself is unsatisfactory. I'll look for another studio.

Please don't go there! Studio beautifully decorated, certificates everywhere but that's it, she should have been a decorator. I was there for microblading ... everything was explained quickly within 5 minutes and then the treatment started ... it only took 15 minutes, which surprised me very much. She was on the phone all the time and she really didn't care about me. No further appointment for the aftercare was arranged (I should then contact me), I received no confirmation, nothing at all. For almost 3 weeks now, she has not answered by email or phone. I can only sadly prove by her mailbox message (before the 1st appointment) that I was also with her. On top of that there is NOTHING from the treatment, I literally threw € 99 out of the window and even for that I would have preferred it instead of putting it in your pocket.
