Overall, satisfactory advice and services. The fact that a discount was not paid back in cash but as a voucher was unfortunate, although this had been promised when the trip was booked.

In such circumstances! As a freshly baked Thomas Cook victim I can only say ... the travel agency was the only point of contact that helped us! Without the help (although the tour guide would have been responsible for the trip already in place!) Which would not have helped) we would certainly have paid even more and questionable when and how much money we had been able to fly home? That's why a huge thank you to the lady there who even after work has fought for us! Ps: that was not my first holiday booked there and certainly not my last!
