The worst institute ever, and not because they take money, but because they have not one person who can speak English. So called "international city" Munich. On top of that, they have tendency to change steuertax from 3 to 4 (so you pay higher tax) without any informing a person or even without my or my wife's request. Why? nothing has changed we are still married. She came here to Munich and she has no income only me, so why someone decided to change this thus forcing me to pay higher tax? What is wrong with you people?!?!?

Went here twice in two days . Both the people who i spoke to was extremely helpful. Always start speaking to them in german . 😊

Requirement is to change Tax Class from 1 to Tax Class 3, Went during Corona Time May 27th, Safety measurements are good, we waited in a line outside , After going inside the lady at the counter issued a token, when the officer at the cubical ready to see us we went there and showed the filled application, To our surprise he didn't ask any other document and said ''you correctly filled the application and your office will receive information from us and you can leave now'' We felt so relieved since we don't know any German and the friendly officer talked to us in English. It took some time for the tax class to update in the salary slip, i see the changes in the salary slip in the 2nd month from Our Visit.

Very nice and helpful people. I really appreciated how much the lady that took care of my case helped me. She called other employees of Finanzamt to solution my problem.

Disgusting service. Incompetent and rude people that feel entitled. Hope that i would never have to visit this place again.
