The young lad, who was sweet, did a nice job with the painting of the mani and pedi but I am unsure about the cleanliness of the place. The pedi consitised of scrubbing feet, massage chair, paint and cream, whilst the mani was sanding nails and paint. It wasn't cheap (but then I have come from a different city)
I didn't feel advised at all. Unfortunately, the lady couldn't speak a word of German, so I couldn't ask questions or express my wishes. During the eyelash lift, my eyebrows were plucked (without any agreement of the shape). In retrospect, they were way too thin for me. Since I was not told that no water should get on the eyelashes after the eyelash lift for 24 hours, the eyelashes are now just as straight as before. What a shame about the money!

The staff is very friendly and always offers a good advice. You feel very well and in good hands. I have never been dissatisfied with the result and will never again have my nails done elsewhere. Super quality at reasonable prices, highly recommended!
