For days I haven't been able to reach anyone there by phone to make an appointment, despite numerous attempts.

I had made an appointment at 5.30pm, got ready for work earlier and the shop was simply closed on a Wednesday, although it would be open from Mon-Fri until 7pm !!! Mega annoyed, and no one answers the phone !!

Since the owners changed and the nail studio opened, I've been very happy. The prices are absolutely okay, nobody can really complain. The staff is remarkably friendly and courteous. The first time I had problems with the gel, which apparently didn't dry properly, but I got a free new model immediately and I was absolutely satisfied with the result. Top!! Thank you very much 💅🏽
