Shame I am unable to give '0' star on Google reviews. I had a revolting experience here on Friday 8th June - one staff gave us a wrong instruction (told us to make separate payments at 2 different checkouts for food & drinks) and the other staff (older female staff with tanned skin) accused us for not listening to her colleague - insinuating we do not understand simple English. It was completely unnecessary for her to raise her voice and laugh at us no matter what. At least the staff who gave us the wrong instruction had courage to admit that it was her mistake and clarify things with this horrible person. We never felt this insulted, discriminated and offended before. She should never be talking to customers in such a condescending and aggressive manner. In fact, no one should be talking to anyone that way. She seemed extremely unprofessional, culturally inexperienced and ignorant. I told her she does not have to be this rude - of course, she will simply disregard this. There was this other customer approached us to comfort us - he said "this is how it is, people are rude." How hilarious. Food was not even that great - definitely not worth my money, considering the appalling service we experienced. I placed formal complaints to the management and service centre and I am waiting for their response. "Treat people the way you want to be treated." ------------------------------------------------- I just received an email from the manager and I am very glad he took his valuable time to speak to the relevant staff. I hope to see an improved service at my next visit.

Great and varied lunch buffet, reasonable prices, nice view to the rooftops of Neuhausen. Very satisfied, will return.

Very food place. Like their desserts, salad-and-orher-food bar is awesome .

A bit pricey for food but nice.

The curry shop down on the corner looks uninviting. Everything a little neglected. The outside area is always dingy too, so I've never eaten there. It's a shame, a currywurst is actually something nice.
