I recently made a booking 26th of July to pick up a car in Munich at Marsstraße. I booked specifically big one (Jeep compass) with automatic gear box because I’m traveling with my family incl 1 year daughter to Mountain area of Austria.
At the pick up station your employees told me they have no Jeep Compass and even similar class car with automatic gear box. They offered me a smaller car. When I asked to show it to me we moved down to the garage and find out that the car was not there
Unhelpful staff and confusing handover procedure. I’d seriously recommend heading somewhere else...
Very unhelpful and rude. Would not compensate for extra cost I incurred due to an administrative error on their side.
Rented a car here Dec 27 2019. I reserved a Jetta or similar model, got an Audi A3. The service was fine, not wonderful, both at pick up and drop off. I brought my receipt for refuelling in with me when I dropped it off. I was charged exactly what they said and they removed their hold on my card for the deposit within a couple of days. No problems.
