I received a new car and was very satisfied. the location directly at Munich's main station is very advantageous. There was no deposit required, but I had to book the fully comprehensive insurance in the amount of acceptable 25 euro. I will book again!
They were the only rental company that was open on the weekend afternoon. We were able to book a really nice rental without a reservation for a reasonable price. They were even nice enough to meet us on a Sunday (when they were not open) to drop the car off after our day trip. In addition to this, we received a parking ticket and the company representation helped us pay it so we didn't get any surprise extra charge on our card. Overall, it was a great experience. Fast and efficient service. I highly recommend them!
We rented an awesome car from MunichCar24 this summer and they were the only car renting company that provided us with automatic vehicles without reservation. Their vehicle was brand new (less than 10000 km on odometer) and drove smoothly. Very smooth pick-up and drop-off process. Took us less than 10 minutes to receive the car which was waiting for us outside their office. I took the electronic car without giving a credit card which is very convenient comparing to other car rental companies and the price was not high. Everything went very good!
