This company is a rip off. Very bad experience at the Airport in Malaga. They tell you, not to accept to insurance you have made with an car rental agency, and force you to make one with them. Never I will recommend them or use them again. This is the worst experience I made with a car rental.

I can only advise against, especially if booked through check24. Car was not available, but no notification was received. Instead you are sent somewhere else, jwd ... catastrophic service.

Absolute rip off, after multiple requests what costs are now incurred when picking up, we were only emphatically told that we would get all the costs back. When it was handed in, it turned out that we were lied to by the lady who gave us the contract and without additional information (and despite asking what costs these are whether they will be reimbursed), we were charged additional insurance that we did not want. An absolute cheek and definitely not legal. I have never experienced something like that. Brazen rip-off. We will never book through Interrent again and we will also advise our friends and family against it. We will also take legal action.

Wanted to borrow a car with the credit card (debit) - with which I had booked online. With reference to the fact that a debit card would not be a real credit card (although internationally accepted everywhere - even at Interrent France) - unfortunately no countering or help from the staff - a pity and never again! Had to deduct without a car - alternative would have been only a full insurance for twice the car price. Very annoying!
