Randomly closed for lunch between 12-14.00 with no prior notification for a car booked for 12.30. Reopening at 14.00 to large queue standing in the rain. Great start.

Disgusting. Don’t even think about going there. Worst service, extremely impolite, misleading ads online and stole our money, twice. Supposed to pick up a car, store was closed even though in the email it says pickup between 17-20:00. Went next day first thing in the morning, and they were like yeah you missed it. We were supposed to catch up to a family gathering with 7-8 hours drive. We had to book somewhere else the next day because their 2nd best offer was about 580€ for 3 days. Pay extra somewhere else to spare yourself all the unnecessary headache.

Ordered a car online with a comparison site. Went to pick up the car, they dont accept prepaid credit cards. Tried to use my EC card, they only accept EC cards for bookings made directly. So had to pay the original booking, and an extremely expensive spontaneous booking as I could only use my EC card. All the while the unhelpful people working there, tried to upsell and get me to 'upgrade to a really great opel insignia' sorry but opel insignia for 100 euros a day is disgusting, and no they are not great cars! Upon returning the car, the people in the garage were super unfriendly as we returned the car around 8pm and they immediately told us they had 'feierabend' and aggressively told us where to leave the car and wait. Clearly angry at us for returning a car (with 24hour return policy) at the 'wrong' time. The turkish man working downstairs, mid to late 40s was so rude and aggressive. Will never use this company again. They try to milk you for money and are even rude when doing it. All staff need customer service training.

Horrible experience, the staff was so unfriendly. I reserved a car for a certain price signed all the paper work. A few days later I went to pick it up. I was then told the car was not available. The lady that was working 04.05.20 was rude and disrespectful. I left without a car. Went to Europcar they were great!!!
