The worst, unfriendly Service ever! They booked the rented car 3 (!) times from my Bankaccount!!! I got 1 payment back! No helpline is working!!! The e-Mail feedback was: we come back to you... today I got the 2.nd Invoice. 389,66€ No km driven Kilometer... The Lady at the counter was no help! Warning to book anything at Sixt!

internet and Sixt system was down when i arrived, luckily I could check in on my app. car pickup is a short walk away from the train station

The whole rental went super smooth, I would totally recommend. The employee was also speaking English, which came in handy. I found the guy a bit too pushy to upsell the insurance package on the car, but in the end I guess that is part of his job. He was mentioning that without the upsell, I would be driving the car without insurance at all, which cannot be true of course. The parking lot is just a block away off the main station. A good experience overall!

we rented a car to be picked up at 5pm and when we got there on time the woman did not let us in and said through the window that the office closed 4:30pm. sixt has terrible service, this is not the first time. stay away and go for europcar!

It looks like a lot of folks had a negative experience, but mine was seamless, smooth, and easy. The lady behind the desk was intelligent and kind, and I got a very nice car. Obviously, it would be nice to have a better way to walk and pick up the car, but that arrangement is consistent with other major travel hubs in my experience. Thanks!!
