Bad service experience. Me and my girlfriend was stuck with a car in the mountains of Austria, in freezing evening after 10 minutes driving down Middle of nothing. Instead to help us immediately on the phone, it was emergency case for us, after we reach them in 1 hour waiting on the line, they blame us that we made that. In the end they told us to go to the closest hotel for the night and give them the recipes after. We was find good women on the was that help us and really save us. I pay 230 euro and Didn’t get it back, a lot of emails between for nothing. Sixt checked the car and it was the breaks on the car, they burned. It was small car maybe cheap breaks. Big company like that and after at least 15 times with you I would wish it has mange different

Didn't get the Mercedes C class we wanted, instead we got the BMW 2 series. Waited a bit for the person in front of us but it took around 15mins to get the paperwork complete. The car was ready in a parking lot across the road, which made it easy to pick up and return. Location is convenient if you have to catch the train and service is average.

I was promised a car and finally I didn’t get it after checking 3 times with them and coming in person! Then I get another car that is partially cleaned, tyre pressure isn’t correct and finally After a few times of using the washer fluid, it’s empty! Definitely not an overall nice experience for a loyal Sixt customer

We were very happy with the service. We travel often around the world and normally we are unhappy with car rentals because of so many hiddent charges. First of all this car rental did not have any hidden fees. They also gave us BMW for only 15 e more although we rented standard and simple car. Thanks
