4 stars because the whole experience (renting, paying, picking up and dropping off) was just so easy and price so competitive that I would have given 5 stars easily But I also wanted to give 1 star because the van had no air conditioning. I had to drive 1000km with external temperatures over 30C with no air conditioning. It is just not acceptable to have a van without air conditioning in 2020. For me that means I will rent again gladly from you but only from October to April. Anything in between is just too risky. Too bad because that was literally the only negative point about the whole experience and it's really something that saves you close to nothing when buying the vans..

Super easy and quick, like renting an Emmy. I never thought that renting a van would be so easy and straightforward. The car was where we should find it, with an all-round check and upload the photos, secure all sides so that everything can take place fairly and correctly. The transporter itself was, in addition to the properly documented scuffs, dents and small scratches, in top condition and drove very well and without grumbling. When we came back, a strange vehicle was parked in the designated parking lot. After a call to the service center and a couple of laps around the block, the strange truck was gone, and we could park without any problems and process the delivery quickly. We picked up a couch. I would definitely use it again and again and recommend it to everyone!

I booked a van at short notice for a pickup. Transporter was very clean and drove well. Top price / performance! Customer service was extremely helpful and responded quickly. Gladly again!

The rent from Carl and Carla worked great. Everything can be done online. I was guided through the process simply and transparently. The price is very fair. Much better than a conventional rental car rental company. Carl and Carla - you are great :)
