Our car is absolutely spotless. Brand new look. Could not be better. But forget Groupon. It was very dirty, true but that’s why we went. You don’t go to the barbers with short hair, and don’t go to the car valet unless you need it. This is the third time ( other firms too ) that we were told there was a surcharge and it would have to be cash. I paid the extra which brought it up to the non-Groupon price. Good business model. In future I’ll just book directly, negotiate before showing up and everyone will happier except the guy who likes cash. But their work is faultless. I’m
