I would like to thank Royal Car Polish for the beautiful piece of work. All wishes were taken into account, and the speed and quality are really amazing. So they are not open until 6 PM. They close before 5 PM. I called the guy to ask him if he can fix dents. They said it starts at €70. Sounded like a reasonable price to me so I said I will drive right over. 10 minutes later I show up at their shop. The guys are standing outside by their car. The boss email he starts to argue with me about being close. I'm very polite and easy going person. He then looked at the dent and said it's not a dent it something different it's more expensive. First the price was €150. Then it dropped off to €100. I said that's fine and I don't really want to argue. But he insisted on keeping a heated tone with me for no reason. I'm disappointed because this seems like a good place, and I really wanted to use their services to fix a small dent in the back of my car. But. The hostility of the employees was unbelievable.
Very quick appointments !! I drove past on Thursday and took over a "new" car on Friday afternoon.
Even "neuralgic" spots that other processors on my convertible over and over again were clean and well-kept here.
All in all a top performance and absolutely uncomplicated.
Services were even provided (and not charged) that were not agreed
The rest of my fleet will definitely come to you too.
Reliable appointments, the car handed in in the morning, picked up again in the afternoon, it shines in new splendor, really impressive. Here is not only cleaned, but deeply cleaned.
