⚠️ We have been parking our cars for years when we have to go to the workshop. Upon request, this was also allowed (allowed by the petrol station employee)! DO NOT PLACE UP - let the cars be towed anyway and do not see mistakes! Now Christmas falls into the water - because of the lying employee we are now 600 € poorer! You seek the conversation and are only rejected. There are great guys in the workshop, I can only recommend them and rate them with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! At the gas station, I can only advise you to get something in writing so that you have proof. Otherwise the employees act as they want, regardless of losses.

I bought an Ikea voucher here. The MA was obviously not trained and did not activate the card. The voucher was a gift to a friend who then informed me that it could not be accepted at Ikea. When I asked several times at the gas station with the exact date and time of purchase, I couldn't / didn't want to be helped. So avoid buying such items in this store.

I have been a regular petrol station customer for 3 years. I tank there every day. I bought a tobacco last night and said very politely, "Excuse me, madam, this tobacco is open and dry." He says to me loudly and rudely: "Why are you coming, I'm not a smoker. Go to another gas station. That is really the right behavior with customers ,? That was Saturday, September 1st, 2020. At 9:45 pm.

For some time now there has been a lady who is obviously neither competent nor interested in working. She prefers to chat with a friend and puts the bill in your hand. PLEASE REPLACE! Otherwise, I have been frequenting this gas station for years and cannot complain, the regular team is absolutely fine! Therefore, I would normally like to give 5 stars, but only 3 due to the current "specialist".

Could I -5 ⭐️ I would give that. Insanely rude and incompetent co-worker. I really understand when someone is new to a business. But to have no idea 🤔 and then also this shameless dealing with questioning customers. I am shocked!! I've visited the gas station many times before, something like that has never happened to me.
