I drive to the gas station 5 to 6 times a week and haven't even been treated rudely by the staff for over 10 years. There is always a friendly greeting and goodbye. Unfortunately, you often notice that customers let their frustration and bad mood out on the staff. I can understand the employees very well, that they will not put up with it and defend themselves.

Reliably more expensive than the competition for gasoline. But I was there today for a different reason: I wanted to hand in a Hermes package. On the spot, I was immediately rejected abruptly: They do not accept Hermes parcels over the holidays because Hermes "does not move over the holidays". I checked the petrol station's homepage, there was nothing about it. Made way for nothing Thank you for nothing. I will also complain directly to Hermes.

I can only confirm the already existing negative reviews about this petrol station as HermesPaketShop! Today I tried twice to pick up a parcel because I had received corresponding emails from Hermes that my shipment would be there for pickup. The gentleman from the gas station said without looking that he had no Hermes packages. He crumpled up the printed mails I had brought with me from Hermes and put them aside. Then he got pretty rude and loud and wanted to `throw me out of the gas station. In principle, I do not tolerate such behavior. That actually led to the police having to come. The police then established that there were obviously really no Hermes packages in the gas station. It is possible that the fault is actually with Hermes itself. But: as a customer, I still cannot accept the outrageous behavior of the gas station man !!!! The gas station has not earned a star! Zero customer friendliness !!!
