I picked up a package there today. The two men who worked there had masks. It just doesn't help if they hang on your chin and not over your mouth and nose. There was also a woman in the shop who wasn't wearing a face mask at all. I had to squeeze past her. I find something like this impossible and I think such a shop should no longer be open. Revoke your license once and for all.

Absolutely incompetent shop related to UPS activity - No scanner app to e.g. Send back Amazon parcels - Delivered packages are mostly not found in the warehouse, so that customers have to search for them - Absolutely no flexibility and lack of communication with problems or questions - Constant uncertainty as to whether parcels will really arrive or be sent
