I give this place a 1 star and that was for the nice helpful customer I met. I went here because I couldn't get in touch with DHL to arrange a collection, no one spoke any English so a nice customer volunteered to translate. The two girls behind the counter seemed more interested in launching at my situation than helping me, I could tell the customer helping was frankly embarrassed at their behavior. I left without getting any assistance and feeling angry. Would not recommend this place to travelers. Thanks again to that nice traveler!

Often very busy due to its excellent location but staffs are still patient and helpful.

By far the worst that I was able to experience in terms of "service" in Germany. Letting parcels go back and ordering again is more relaxed than coming here to pick them up. Fortunately, I don't live in this city anymore!

Extremely unfriendly employee. My package was dropped off at another branch, I asked for help. She hardly said anything. Then I asked her to explain it to me in more detail because I'm not from Dortmund. Then she just said: Be satisfied with the explanation and sent me out. Never experienced anything like this, not recommended!
