Friendly staff with a typical dm range.
The employees are not responsible for the fact that the toilet cannot be used during Corona.
I can't believe how anti-social the employees of this dm branch are.
As a heavily pregnant customer, I suddenly had to go to the toilet urgently, as it is when the baby steps on the bladder.
So, with visible pain, I asked the Asian employee, who left me unfriendly and asked a colleague in the HR department.
The result: I was denied access to the toilet and I was turned away by the employee in an unfriendly way.
Then outside I cried in the pain.
It is a shame to do something like that to someone in need of help is just inhuman and anti-social.
But provide a water dispenser and changing table.
Absolutely adversarial.
I hope that these heartless people will be fired by dm because they destroy the entire customer-friendly image of the company.
Am always happy in this dm to shop there. Friendly and very helpful staff and a great order and cleanliness make the shopping pleasant. Only that the beautiful wooden bench for a long time gave you the opportunity to rest and to think about what I need, is gone, I find more than a pity. And yet a thank you to the team.
