Drugstore which has all you need.
I have been working with Mrs. Käser for years to rent out my apartments and I can only say that I am extremely satisfied. I always receive immediate answers to emails and telephone inquiries and I feel absolutely well looked after.
Ms. Käser helped me with the purchase of a property where the seller was quite difficult and she did an excellent job. I was happy to have her by my side as a competent specialist! Absolutely to be recommended!
Completely dubious broker. Ms. Käser made a mass tour of the Schwanthalerhöhe this week with at least 50 people in an apparently inhabited apartment and that at the time of Corona. No preselection of candidates and no answers to questions in advance. Sorry, but that's not even possible in Munich.
The property management has inadmissibly merged items in the utility bill. She does not comply with the obligation to provide evidence, even after setting a deadline and not responding to legal letters. Here you have to take out legal protection insurance or a tenant association because you have to sue for your rights.
