I've been a regular customer of this branch for years. I was always met and helped in an extremely friendly manner. I could give numerous examples. I cannot confirm the negative reviews here. Both the branch managers and the employees of this branch, whom I think I all know at least "visually", are fine. If someone doesn't come across as happy, then maybe he / she is just having a bad day. And there are sure to be "brazen" customers who can beat you up. At the end of the day we are all human. In times like these in particular, we should be lenient and treat each other with care. May everyone stay healthy!
I am always happy to visit the Rossmann in Augustenstrasse. The lady with the smoky voice is awesome. Competent, friendly, courteous and pleasant. I have had my shop TierchensLeckereien Susanne Maußner on Gabelsbergerstrasse for 18 years. Have employees too. I know what is required of the shop assistants. Degree at this time. Each of the employees at Rossmann is amazing. Great. Only one employee .., dark-skinned .. unfortunately does not work. Unfriendly and dissatisfied. It's a shame because they're actually all a team. Unfortunately not a team player.
