Shipping does not work, neither with QR scan nor with manual input

Use the station regularly. It's a matter of luck if the parcel lands in the station or you are sent through half the city to the next branch to pick up the parcel there the next day. Good service looks different. If mail wants you to use packing stations, they should also provide sufficient capacity. After all, it is also easier for DHL to feed a packing station than to deliver x packages individually.

The place looks untidy and dirty. The S and U Bahn stations are close and in the house of the station Stadthaus. Otherwise typical Packstation nothing special

Parcel was not delivered and the DHL does not take care of the problem. Service and goodwill none.
