The shelves are very tidy, easy to find without asking staff or where is the audio stick, just an example. Staff to communication for questions and explaining to do with deaf people, a helpful, very trying, communication and showing a lot. I am making it a lot easier for employees to be satisfied. BUT IN CHECKOUT !!! Unfriendly!!! If the Corona is time, stress, strain or too many people queuing, please be friendly and smile until the end of the day. I often see that woman with glasses, his face, is puke to me because not even how friendly. His face look like disinterested in work, in a bad mood and working slowly at cash register. The stranger has affected a lot, not to be welcomed. Please check your boss at the checkout so that you can see for yourself how your face looks and work slowly - it doesn't work that way! I hope everyone had to endure like this in the future. I work every day, more than 10 hours a day, always smile well and stay friendly, feel so good with strangers of the customer.

The cashier asked me very rude if I could read. The reason was that I did not see the cash sign at all. I think you can put things differently. Customer service should be at least polite with ALL customers ... never again.

I wanted to pay without contact (do you know there is a Corona crisis in Rossmann?), But it was not possible! "Only from XY €". This shop does not respect the corona rules either. Store was full and there was no control to count how many people were inside. Next time I'm going to DM
