I am very disappointed ... we went shopping on Friday afternoon and my son forgot her favorite dog. The next possibility was to ask for us on Monday ... and the saleswoman said that it was wake-up, she gave it to someone! I think it's very unfriendly how she treated me with the saying: Well, you can possibly reorder ... It's very cheeky! So please be careful and don't forget something, because it will be given away! My question would be do you do it with other things (jewelry or purse?) ... just keep giving without waiting a few days or only with 2 year old children's toys?

No particularly modern furnished Rossmann, but one finds by the sensible sorting on the fast really everything what one could need in the everyday life so. Also birthday cards for colleagues can acquire here;)

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous speakers. This store is really not recommended. In the case of a complaint or a question, one is ignored or top down with a subliminal tone. Customers talk and that of a "branch management". Fortunately, we no longer go into this business. Even this 1 point you have to give is not worth it. There should be some changes, starting with the store management.
