After years with them I plan to leave them. I have struggled for 1 month to get a refund for a package that did not concern me. I received cat food (13 kg) when I ordered dog food. I had to urgently buy other kibble from another supplier. Not to mention the return of the 13 kg to Germany. Customer service gives me a walk after I have provided proof of the return. To flee !!!

Always my pleasure. Unbeatable prices. The shipment went very quickly. The order was there within 1 day. Despite Corona and Christmas !!!! Packaging arrived undamaged. Completely satisfied😁😁🌟

Cheaper than other competitors, that's right. Slower than other competitors (orders are on the way for up to a week), that's also true. However, the customer service only reacts to email inquiries on the second day and only with a comforting message, which is - even in Corona times - a no-go in the highly competitive online market, where the satisfaction of every customer is important! Emails can also be answered from the home office. But, there are alternatives like a dime a dozen and competition stimulates business ....

Ordered goods from bitiba for the first time. Everything worked out wonderfully. I had to contact the service through my own fault to arrange something. Bitiba did everything very quickly, easily and in the interests of the customer. Top! Would do it again!
