I purchased today a small nose cream, and simultaneously asked if the pharmacy has any masks that are being distributed to senior citizens, but were not available. The attitude of Ms Seray Peksen was friendly, though very arrogant, passing a message to me that she can’t lose her time for a small cream. I didn’t feel welcome nor did the pharmacist seem happy with her job. If she’s bored then she should not pass her frustration and arrogance to the customer. I understand the frustration of the pharmacists with the decision of the government to distribute masks to senior citizens has created an overflow of no profit business, but I still expect a better service.

Very nice chemist store! They had everything we wanted and also provided consultation. Very friendly and English speaking staff. Has a lot of cosmetics as well apart from the usual medicines.

Nothing to complain, they had everything i asked for and were very lovely talking to me, thats what you need when you are sick and ill - just a bit of compassion.

I haven't been there that often. But I'm glad I had you guys. Helped me very well with ointments and special patches for my feet. You had everything there immediately without ordering anything. Friendly lady and quick help. Thank you and stay healthy.

That's how pharmacy works these days. Well trained and friendly staff. The boss knows all the medication I need without looking at the PC, and always gives me very competent advice on the effects or possible interactions if I need a new remedy. The service that is offered here cannot be found anywhere else so quickly, especially not at the large pharmacy chains.
