I was in your branch on Romanplatz today, and I have to say that I really enjoy coming here to shop. Because the employees are always polite and always in a good mood! Unfortunately this is far too rare these days!

A very nice, well-kept and large shop. I will now do my everyday shopping here more often. As I've read in other reviews that the other customers or employees walk around without a mask, I can't confirm! Everything according to his instructions, I was only politely asked to take a shopping basket. So that the maximum number of customers is not exceeded.

Unfortunately I had exactly the same experience. Employees run through the store with masks under their chins or under their noses. Customers can go shopping completely unhindered without a mask. The employees don't even make the customers aware of the mask requirement. After all: Rossmann responds at least to complaints by email. Let's wait and see if something really happens here or if it was just warm words. In any case, I will no longer accept that and inform the public order office if I repeat that.

Grotesque scenes on 10/28/20. The pandemic is raging, new restrictions are being passed and in this Rossmann branch, customers can ask the staff for help without a mask and then continue their shopping unhindered without a mask. The employees wear - if at all - the mask under their noses in a sporty way and roar across the shop. For my child and I it was the last visit for the time being. Is that just cheeky or just showing no solidarity? And I don't even want to get upset about the presumably legal waiver of the cashier behind the Plexiglas pane ...

The Rossmann has a large assortment, as you can see from the pictures. The drugstore is tidy and tidy. So you can find your products quickly and easily. If you are looking for products, the staff will help you very well. The service staff is very friendly and competent. So far I have had little waiting time when paying. I can recommend the Rossmann 100 percent. I am very happy with the drugstore.
