I visited this shop several times and was generally satisfied with the products, prices and assistance. Every time we were served by very kind and professional girls who knew a lot about the products and were able to help us. We got free face masks too.
However at my last visit to the store, end of June, a serum was sold me, that expired already last December! I brought back the product few days later with the receipt. It turned out, that all same products in the store were expired. Instead of apologizing and giving me the money back, the salesgirl tried to persuade me, that I misread the instruction on the packaging "Exp. 24 month after production, production date see at the bottom" and that it expires 24 month after opening.
After all I got back the money, but this wasn't very professional.
Was so happy when I saw this shop as I am big fan of Korean make up products. Unfortunately the shop never seems to have a good stock of products and the prices are sometimes higher than in the online shop(and I don't mean here the special offers). The staff (which is always different each time I visit) does not seem informed about the products neither are they very enthusiastic about helping you. I was even sold the wrong product even after asking to make sure I am getting what I want. Very disappointing overall. Better to shop online if you know the color you want.
I LOVE the shop. Visiting almost every month.
It has not only products from Missha but also other really good Korean skincare brands. Makeup items can be sometimes out of stock but it gets better with time. Overall assortment expands all the time.
The only downside is the personal, girls are very welcoming but have no clue about products compared to Korean skincare hardcore fans. Same problem with most cosmetic stores in Germany though.
Very nice shop. The advice from the dear saleswoman (unfortunately I don't know her name) was great. I felt completely at ease and well advised. I took some great products with me. If I should ever be in Munich again, I'll be happy to come back.
PS: my friend also likes the skin cream :-)
