Apotheke zur Münchener Freiheit

I like to purchase products for my skin and body (skin care) at this Apotheke because there is a worker who is always friendly and very helpful. She speaks really good English and is very competent and knowledgeable and was able to explain to me in details information about the products. I’m not sure what her name is but I think she is Russian. She’s great and I’ll definitely continue to buy my facial creams, cleansers and skin care and beauty products from there!!

I asked specifically for painkiller for women during periods and they tried to sell me general ibuprofen. Also the they suggest the one that is most expensive

This has been my preferred pharmacy for the last couple of years. Its working hours are convenient for the working professional and the staff used to make very kind, knowledgeable impression and giving good advice about both medicines and cosmetic products. Until recently.... Recently the customer service has visibly decreased in quality. Yesterday, I did make the worst experience ever there while dropping by straight from work to order a medicine. An unfriendly staff member has literally treated me with apathy, neglect and rudeness at its finest. Said several times to the customer in turn after me that she "unfortunately" (yes! this word she used multiple time...customers at the line even laughed) had to deal with my order instead of the next customer's one. Humiliation at its finest. When she could not find the drug I was looking for (it was a drug I knew back from the UK) I asked if it is possible to order a substitute on the same basis that is available on the German market. She told me to go look for a similar drug online! Online! Why do customers still go to F2F pharmacies in the Online Retail Era - exactly because they are cautious to get drugs online and use these without consulting with a professional! Well, I eventually got the German equvalent of the drug I was looking for just in the next pharmacy I visited where the pharmaceutical consultant took her time to help me and treat me like a human being! Apotheke zur Münchener Freiheit you have the location, you have the flexible working hours, you have all means but what you don't have is the same staff to be the face of your business anymore! You have a very long way to go before becoming the place you used to be!

Total disaster! I experienced an unfriendly and bad educated Staff!
