I've got racially discriminated as an Asian at this store. I would like to clarify that I am writing this review as my last resort for my rights and out of the thought that no one else deserves the horrible experience I had. I've been a loyal customer of DM on- and offline for years living here for almost 5 years in Germany and visited this store on Mar 06, 2020 around 19:00. I checked the online website that the store had the product I wanted and arrived there looking for one pack of masks at the empty Mundschutz corner. I asked an employee with brunette hair asking for the product saying the online platform indicates that 9 packs of them are available (in German by the way), and she was refuting me saying that they are all sold out and if it's empty at the section, it's gone. I was looking around for other items and a few minutes later one male German customer asked for the same product to the same employee and she asked another colleague, probably her superior if they could sell the product, and the colleague told her to get him one pack. She went into the storage room getting him the product. Only after I asked her for one pack as well, she made an awkward grin and got me one. And right after that she was giggling with another employee in white hair. I believe the company would be able to verify the aforementioned "event" based on the sale records and data and CCTV saved. All the conversations were done in German and I don't think it's an individual decision for her to discriminate customers by the looks, if there are more than two employees involved. EVEN IF THE EMPLOYEE OR THE STORE "MISTAKENLY" THOUGHT YOU WERE A RESELLER JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE AN ASIAN, and EVEN IF they decided to lie to you, they could have had the smallest courtesy to tell you that they could provide a limited number of products, instead of deceiving you not even bothering to try to do their job. This racial discrimination is such an absurd and extremely disgusting experience that I will not forget about this store and the company DM. I am deeply frustrated that this wouldn't be a certain somebody's mistake or racism but it should be a company-wide decision, or at least, an instruction by the store management. I am still waiting for the company's response after submitting the official complaint and will take the necessary measures further.

Why should I pay more for 1 size more? I don't understand... These difference doesn't appear in the socks or gloves or anything Else. Why is there a price difference between a L and an XL if between an XS and an L there is not? Unbelievable...

Big and Modern drug store. Sometimes a bit crowded due to the very good location in the middle of a Station.

I always like DMs, the products are good and pricing is fair.
