It’s DM what’s new to add !!

We made shopping in DM shop near to central train station. Then my wife went ( with materials that she bought already) to this shop to buy one hand cream. When she entered this shop it was arround at 19:55. One of this worker of this shop ( i dont remember his name. He was medium tall and with glasses) asked the receipt of materials that she has already bought from another shop and didnt keep receipt. She tried to explained but he didnt understand and continue to pay them. My wife doesnt speak both German and English. Then he closed all doors keeped her inside and start to shouted her like she stoled all meterials. Then she called me and i went to shop to understand situation. I explained to him that we bought all materials (arround value of 100€) but i didnt keep to receipt. I asked him to check camera but he didnt. Then i called to police to came. I asked many times to check cameras then finally he asked his collegue to check it. After 10 minutes she came and told him that my wife entered to shop with materials. Then he opened to door we left. The problem here he was not polite, he shouted my wife and didnt check cameras immediately. Of curse he has right to ask receipt but in a polite way not like put us as thief. And he didnt try to understand his explanation. Finally he apoligized then we left. PS to DM management please educate your personel about how to behave to clients when they have that kind of problems. He was absoluetely rude!!!
