In contrast to the supermarket on the ground floor, the staff here are very friendly. When it comes to cosmetics, I've always received good advice. Thank you very much!
I used to buy children's clothing here very often. However, the older saleswoman in this department is getting more and more uncomfortable! Because of her I have often gone away and left everything I wanted to take. I don't know what she wants, but she drives away customers. Mamas almost takes things out of her hand. I often observed that too. You don't dare to touch anything anymore, because she is like a fury and immediately runs over there and just wants to put the clothes down again. So your goal is not to sell, just to always have everything accurate! Please go to managing directors - finally talk to her! Otherwise you will soon scare off all your regular customers. Because you can order everything on the internet. You go into business because you want to have nice dealings with vendors and not this lady! Really bad! This lady is called Barbara!
My favorite cosmetics department! Huge selection, service friendly! You can test almost everything, you also get samples (if available). Anne is particularly recommended, gave me great make-up (for free) and gave lots of tips (on makeup and care). I could spend hours there ... :-)
Today there was an older, somewhat strong cashier, who was not very friendly and had noticeably bad mood and a very arrogant appearance. Thankfully, the rest of the team has been able to shine with friendliness and good advice, as ever.
I still like to come to you, but I will avoid the unfriendly lady.
Didn't find anything. Very stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere. Employees seem to be under a lot of pressure.
