Great service! The people I spoke with over the phone and via email were extremely helpful, and it was all done in English, which I really appreciated. The man who actually came to do the work was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and also very patient as he explained the problem and what he had done to fix it. He didn't have so much English (I had not requested an English-speaker though), but he had a little, and with that and my poor German we were able to get by. Would highly recommend.

I used this service for the first time to install some curtains. It was really easy to organize and get a quotation. The tradesman was also very professional, friendly and helpful. I recommend using this service for any jobs you need doing.

The serviceman was fast and efficient with the repair, as well as professional. Setting up the appointment, bill, etc. was handled fully in english (serviceman spoke limited english but wasn't a problem). Consider me highly satisfied!
