Long waiting times (although it's very empty most of the time), staff don't know what they are doing and can't give you convicing answers to simple questions. It really is Brazilian turf in Munich.

Since I had only very bad experiences with the Brazilian consulate in Frankfurt, it was very nice for a change to enjoy the great service in Munich. The staff were all very nice, polite and helpful. I only have the option to give 5 stars. P.S. The consulate in Frankfurt could hold a workshop in the Munich consulate to learn how to deal with people and to learn what service means to the citizens.
