I was refused to drop off a parcel in the branch because "they couldn't accept such large parcels in the run-up to Christmas". However, I had the impression that your on-site employees simply didn't feel like doing it. The posting in another branch was completely problem-free. You really don't have to go there again.

That was the first and last time I visited this post office ... A very unfriendly employee! How one can work with such an appearance in the service area is a mystery to me.
