Italienisches Generalkonsulat

Although it can be hard to get ahold of people (just keep calling!), most everyone I've dealt with has been very kind and helpful, going above and beyond to get the things I've needed. Much appreciated!

The services provide by this consulate are horrible. When you are lucky enough to get through their pathetic telephone answering system, the staff is often rude and not helpful. We have been waiting since January 2020 to register in the consulate after we moved to the Munich region, but so far no luck.

I called them twice and got to speak to the right person in no time. Very helpful and kind!

Easier to get an answer back from Obama.
