Though the clerk in charge of this branch is really helpful, I had very bad experience with their online shop. The mattress I had ordered never arrived even after 3 weeks and the help lines were always busy with no one replying to my emails and no update regarding my order was shared with me. Finally I had to visit this store and argue enough to get the order cancelled. I wouldn't recommend buying from their pine store as it has the poorest service.

This must be the single most pointless place to visit. They only sell a single brand and unhelpful even servicing and informing us about it. Online research would have been more effective.
