I've never actually been there to shop, but we stayed at an Airbnb here, and we picked our keys up from a duo working inside the shop. They were extremely friendly, so I felt they deserve a review saying that regardless.
Attention, the delivery times on the specified page are a fake. After two weeks of waiting, no information whatsoever, as well as hanging on the queue for 30 minutes, at least the shipment has now been canceled. Now I'm curious to see when the refund will be made.
Fortunately, there are other companies that have the customer in mind. Never again...
I can unreservedly recommend the shop. We have already bought several mattresses there. The advice is great and productive, nothing is talked into here. The prices are honest and you can try the mattress and exchange it if necessary. After an odyssey through numerous shops and bad purchases, I arrived safely here. Any time!
NEVER buy from RAVENSBERGER !!! My mattress now costs € 349 instead of € 279 as it was two months ago. Here higher prices are simply being charged for no reason!
