The unfriendliest people work here. They dont make an effort if you have a doubt. You are expected to know exactly everything about baby stuff. You are silly if you ask them a question. DONT GO THERE.

I was not allowed to go through the shop with small baby stroller. What is that-shop for the kids or shop against the kinds???

I love this shop! The advice is very friendly, committed and fair. It will never be talked into you again. Complaint works wonderfully, good accessibility, lovingly furnished. In the space of two years I bought two high chairs, strollers and little things there and each time they took so much time to even compare the colors. I personally think that such shops should be supported and I recommend the Neuhauser Kinderecke to everyone I know.

My experience in the Neuhauser children's corner was unfortunately very negative. I was given very unfriendly advice. You had the feeling that you were undesirable. I wasn't shown much and I wasn't allowed to test or touch the prams. When I wanted to see a certain color, I had to get it from the warehouse. In the meantime, however, I was not allowed to wait alone in the shop. I should please wait at the door as long as it's back. This has never happened to me before. I will also not return to this shop anymore. If you are so afraid of being stolen, you should not run a shop or secure your goods. I was very sorry to have made the long way to the other side of Munich.
