Nowhere does it say that you need an appointment to visit Furthermore, no further help could be given, since my request had to be processed by the foster home. However, after several attempts, they also failed to fill out a form. So I don't even have a specific contact person on site who can help me. Then what are the branches for? Contact with colleagues can only be made via the same hotline that I would call.

Service and customer orientation equal 0, rest completely on "Corona"! At the door it says you should make appointments on a phone number. But you don't get appointments for questions, you should just throw in your documents and you're good. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing! Location completely superfluous!

So far I was satisfied with the on-site support, but the conversation with the hotline was very uncomfortable today. I submitted a nursing degree application at the turn of the year and I was told on the phone today that there had been a technical change and the application was not visible. I should hand in a new one or ask again in March. That can't be true, can it?

Several times I was helped faster here than, for example, in telephone calls, which always take a long time to connect. Therefore, I recommend the advice on site, should you be in the fortunate position of having a branch office in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, all others must be prepared for a fairly long telephone conversation.
