I had a Sprechstunde with a therapist here today and I got seen by a super dishevelled looking guy who couldn't have looked more bored and disinterested if he tried. He spent the time I was talking half laying across his desk with his face in his hands and taking his shoes on and off under the table. Like "ein Schluck Wasser in der Kurve". I got the distinct impression he did not care at all about anything I was saying and it ended with him saying he couldn't take any more english speaking patients right now because he doesn't have an english speaking group therapy set up which begs the question what on earth was I doing there for a Sprechstunde when he couldn't have taken me on? Also organising this meeting alone was a mess having been called by multiple people who didn't seem to have coordinated at all and when I showed up they didn't seem to be expecting me. Over all it was extremely unprofessional.

I was with Dr. Auszra underwent psychotherapy for a few months. I always understood myself very much, felt valued and treated excellently. The practice's emotion-focused therapy approach appealed to me from the start and was able to give me direction and clarity on issues that depressed me. Unreservedly recommendable! Thank you very much.
