I would have give it 5 stars because Frau Jelinek was an amazing help to me and gave me many fantastic coping strategies. But in honesty it never seems to be available. It's more closed than open and appointments always cancelled. Call the emergency line is frankly not good enough

People here are probably the friendliest I have ever run across in a doctor's office in Germany. Doctors really ask you questions to find out what you might have when normally they want to be done with you as soon as possible. Almost everybody here speaks English. 👌🏻

New patient have never actually been seen so can't speak for actual service when seen. My dr is ill (sorry to hear all my sympathies) and we had rescheduled an appointment for a month later (after already waiting a month for this one) and now I show up and apparently the dr is still ill and no-one bothered to contact me to cancel the appointment and they tell me to contact them again in March. I have never seen anyone why do I need to wait 5 months for an appointment?!

No problems, cannot understand some reviews. If you call and can't get through it is normal. The doctors and their MFA 's do not wait for you to call, there are a few more people who want to make an appointment or have concerns. Nice team keep it up. 👍🏻

They don't answer the phone and then, as a private patient, I was only suggested an appointment in 3 months 😂 Ridiculous
