I stumbled upon a very incapable receptionist. She had no idea what she was doing, constantly asking around for instructions and when I told her that she is making an appointment for the wrong check-up she became aggressive, and told me that this is how they do things and that I should leave if I don't like it. Ofc I had told her I had done 3 similar check-ups before and this is the 4th and has to be done exactly the same as the previous ones. I had no one to reason with, so I left and went to another hospital where they did the right appointment and understood exactly what is needed. Bottom line, avoid the radiology section of this hospital. You have so many other options in the city where you will be treated with respect, by capable people, that it would be a shame to waste your time here.

Great team perfect work. From the ladies at the reception to the radiological technical assistants to the radiologist. Super friendly, helpful and absolutely competent. There was enough time for all questions. This is where the idealism takes place, which unfortunately is often lacking in medical insurance. Almost social romanticism which exhorts you here. Thank you for your great work.
