The Nurses in the ward are always stressed and it looks like they are not organized. Multiple times we had to remind them about things that they had to do. Usually you ask them a question and there is no answer right away. Most of the time they have to go and ask the head nurse for every single query. Some of the nurses are extremely impolite and are angry at the patients. I found it extremely strange that the doctors don't visit the mothers in their room after delivery. The mother is supposed to take the kid into the doctors room. Its understandable that there are lot of deliveries which are happening and the hospital is always full, which could be the reason why the staff is extremely stressed but what is not clear is why doesn't the hospital management not increase the staff. It would be good if the hospital asks people to rate their experience once everyone leaves the hospital so that they get a suggestions for improvements. Even though we had decent experience in the kriesssal , the overall experience is far below a world class hospital in a city like Munich.

great experience when I had my baby 2 months ago. the staff is competent and ready to support and the rooms are also quiet and nice. good job

I gave birth to my son in the clinic (12/19). I really can't say anything negative. The delivery room and ward just worked perfectly. Everyone tries hard and is very nice. I would choose this clinic again.
